Local Laws, Shipping, Returns and Warranty
LOCAL AND STATE LAWS:
It is the buyer’s responsibility to check with local, state and country laws about the legality of the merchandise being purchased in his selling area. We are NOT responsible for any confiscated merchandise. Know your local laws for all CCW concealment and tactical self defense products before making any purchase.
SHIPPING:
All packages are shipped First Class USPS (United States Postal Service) including Delivery Conformation. We ship to all 50 states, US territories and possessions, and APO/FPO addresses. We do our best to ship orders within 24-48 hours (M – F) but shipments may take up to 7 days depending on where you are located from the warehouse. Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays.
Please Note: It is our duty to get the package to the “SHIP TO” address you provided. Our service does not provide financial compensation for packages marked as “Delivered” by the USPS which have contents missing due to theft at your address or mis-delivery by the USPS.
All communication about an order or product inquiry is done through e-mail. Please make sure that your e-mail address is current. If you do not provide an email address with your order, you will not receive an electronic receipt of your purchase.
You will receive e-mail updating you on your order process as well as notifications of any issues with your order that may arise. Please make sure to check your e-mail before inquiring about an order.
All freight claims must be made within 7 days of shipping to USPS. We cannot make this claim for you.
You, the buyer are responsible for all the shipping of any returned merchandise (defective or not) for a refund or exchange.
At the time of this listing, all products are that are for sale & available to add to cart are in stock and ready to ship. If an item is on back order, it is usually noted very promptly on that product page. Because our distribution center offers these items in other mediums, there is a remote possibility that the item(s) you want may be unavailable due to large purchases, inventory errors, payment delays or acts of God. In this event, one of our customer service representatives will contact you with an expected reshipment date, an agreeable replacement offer or a refund.
RETURNS:
In the unlikely event that you ever need to return an item, please follow the steps below to insure proper and fast replacement or refund. You must contact us prior to returning any product and obtain a RMA number before the item is returned. Items returned to us without a RMA will not be accepted.
We will accept returns of brand new, unused merchandise that includes all the original packaging, instructions, boxes, bags, etc. with no questions asked for up to 15 days after the invoice date.
We cannot issue refunds or exchanges on merchandise or returns that are incomplete (original product packaging) and included documents.
All returned products MUST include all original product packaging, instructions, parts, etc. and must still be in new like (resellable) condition. If these items are missing, we cannot accept or refund your return. Return any documentation showing your purchase. This allows us to process your return or exchange quickly and efficiently.
Return the product(s) using US Mail First Class and use a Delivery Confirmation tag. The customer is responsible for all returned shipping fees. Gunner Security is NOT responsible for packages lost in transit or damaged when returned to us.
The purchase price minus shipping will be credited back to your credit card.
EXCHANGES:
If exchanging an item, the replacement item will shipped when your items are returned. Please follow the steps below to insure proper and fast replacement or refund. You must contact us prior to returning any product and obtain a RMA number before the item is returned. Items returned to us without a RMA will not be accepted.
All returned products MUST include all original product packaging, instructions, parts, etc. and must still be in new like (resellable) condition. Please include a check for $3.00 payable to Gunner Security, LLC to cover the costs of restocking, repackaging, USPS tracking and reshipping.
Include the RMA number on the outside of the package.

WARRANTY:
Many of the products we sell are under a manufacturer’s warranty and these items must be shipped directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair. Please get in touch with the manufacturer when returning items under warranty.
