Please carefully review our shipping and returns policy before committing to a purchase.

  •  Minimum order is $10.00 (not counting S&H or sales tax)
  •  Our posted shipping rates are for destinations within the USA and includes a handling charge.
  •  We can not ship knives to IL, NY, or MA
  •  If ordering Pepper spray or Stun Guns, see the links on these product web pages listing what states deny you the right to protect yourself
  •  Shipments may take up to 7 days depending on where you are located from the warehouse.
  •  For orders shipped to PR, HI or AK, or international, additional charges must be paid before the order will ship.  Email us at info@gunnersecurity.com before you place your order.

All communication about an order or product inquiry is done through e-mail.  Please make sure that your e-mail address is current. You will receive e-mail updating you on your order process as well as notifications of any issues with your order that may arise. Please make sure to check your e-mail before inquiring about an order.  We make every effort to answer you email promptly.

Please provide a Physical Shipping Address - not a PO Box.
Bad addresses, missing apartment numbers, re-routes to another address (your work or a friends house etc.) will result in a service charge. If we ship your order using Fed Ex, they charge $5.00 for ground corrections and $10.00 for expedited corrections. They charge us, so we will have no choice but to pass the charge you. To avoid any corrections charges please double check your address before you submit your order.  We usually use Fed Ex on orders above 3 pounds.  See Light Weight Shipments below.

Light Weight Shipments:

Most orders weighing less than 3 pounds usually ship USPS First Class mail.  USPS orders can be shipped to P.O. Boxes.  Unless otherwise specified, all larger shipments are shipped Federal Express Ground. Orders are processed Monday through Friday, and ALL ITEMS ARE SUBJECT TO AVAILABILITY. Please allow 1-2 days for order processing, before your package is shipped.

 

Orders are not processed on weekends or holidays, so please keep this in mind when selecting your shipping options.

 

At the time of this listing, all products are in stock and ready to ship. Because our distribution center offers these items in other mediums, there is a remote possibility that the item(s) you want may be unavailable due to large purchases, inventory errors, payment delays or acts of God. In this event, one of our customer service representatives will contact you with: an expected reshipment date, an agreeable replacement offer or a full refund. Customer Satisfaction is a top priority to us and all efforts are made to insure a smooth transaction for your purchasing needs.

Local and State Laws:
It is the buyer’s responsibility to check with local, state and country laws about legality of the merchandise being purchased in his selling area.  We are NOT responsible for any confiscated merchandise.

USPS Priority Mail, Express, & International Lost Shipments
USPS Global Express Mail shipments are not considered lost by our postal service until thirty days from mailing. International shipments are sixty days. The procedure for filing a lost claim for these shipments is:

  • Notify Gunner Security, LLC after two weeks of your shipment mailing. We will contact our local post office to determine if any information can be obtained about your shipment.

  • If you still have not received your shipment at thirty days Gunner Security, LLC will file a lost claim and paperwork will be sent to you to sign. Once we have the completed signed claim form we can refund or re-ship your order.

Manufacturer's Warranty:
Many of the products we sell are under a manufacturer’s warranty and these items must be shipped directly to the manufacturer for replacement or repair.  Please get in touch with the manufacturer when returning items under warranty.  If you have any questions, please email Customer Services at Info@GunnerSecurity.com before returning a products.

Bulk Purchase Discount:
We offer an additional discount if multiple alike products are purchased on one same order.  Please contact us at sales@gunnersecurity.com  for additional information and pricing discounts.
